📋 Customization Process (How to Order)
Choose Specifications: Select your desired veil length from the drop-down menu.
Choose Color: Select your desired veil color from the drop-down menu.
Choose Text Length: Select the maximum number of characters you wish to embroider from the drop-down menu.
Embroider Text: Write the text you want embroidered in the input box.
Send Materials: After placing your order, send a clear photo of your pet via Message.
Communicate Design: Tell us the text you want embroidered and your font preferences.
Confirm Sketch: We will provide you with a preliminary design. Once confirmed, production will begin.
Production Time: 14 to 28 days.

What happens next?
- When your order has been received, you'll receive a digital mock up of your design via email for your approval on the font(s) you have chosen on the order form. You can make 1 small amendments free of charge before an hourly rate will be invoiced for additional design work.
- When you are happy with the embroidery design, your veil will be cut to the dimensions you have requested and a paper template of your embroidery will be photographed on the veil for your final approval. It is as this point the veil will be made and sent to your chosen delivery address.
- Your veil will be lovingly packaged into a branded keepsake box.
Lead time
The current lead time is 2-4 weeks from order date.
Returns and refunds
Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of Liam Designs products, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their product on delivery and contact the designer within 3 days to report any damage, faults or incorrect designs.
Measurements
- Please specify in centimeter the dimensions you would like your veil made e.g. Length300 cm Cathedral.
- Length: This is the length from comb to end and it is recommended a long veil falls at least 20 cm beyond your dress train when worn in your hair.
- Second tier/Blusher: The standard length is 60 cm.
Instructions on veil care
- Take your veil out of the packaging and hang it up in a safe place until you want to wear it.
- Steam the veil using a household garment steamer. If you do not have a steamer, hang it up in your bathroom while you take a hot shower. This will reduce the amount of wrinkles.
- DO NOT iron the veil at high temperatures, DO NOT wash the veil.
- Due to the delicate nature of the veil, some flakes of glitter may fall off, this is completely normal, please just handle with care.
- We suggest bringing your veil with you to your hair trial if you have one!
- Use bobby pins if you feel veil isn’t fully secure.
- We ship all orders in a luxurious branded keepsake box, wrapped in tissue paper designed to keep your commodity safe.
