💖 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure your veil looks picture-perfect as you walk down the aisle:

Unpack & Hang: Upon arrival, gently take the veil out of its packaging and hang it up to let natural gravity smooth out any transit creases.

Steaming: If needed, use a handheld garment steamer on a low/delicate setting. Do NOT iron directly.

- Una vez recibido su pedido, recibirá una maqueta digital de su diseño por correo electrónico para su aprobación con la(s) fuente(s) elegida(s) en el formulario de pedido. Puede realizar dos pequeñas modificaciones sin cargo antes de que se le facture una tarifa por hora por el trabajo de diseño adicional.
- Cuando esté satisfecho con el diseño del bordado, cortaremos su velo a las dimensiones que solicitó y le tomaremos una foto de una plantilla de papel para su aprobación final. En este punto, confeccionaremos el velo y lo enviaremos a la dirección de entrega que usted haya elegido.
- Su velo será empaquetado con cariño en una caja de recuerdo de marca, con una percha y una bolsa para ropa de marca.
What happens next?
- When your order has been received, you'll receive a digital mock up of your design via email for your approval on the font(s) you have chosen on the order form. You can make 1 small amendments free of charge before an hourly rate will be invoiced for additional design work.
- When you are happy with the embroidery design, your veil will be cut to the dimensions you have requested and a paper template of your embroidery will be photographed on the veil for your final approval. It is as this point the veil will be made and sent to your chosen delivery address.
- Your veil will be lovingly packaged into a branded keepsake box.

Medidas
- Por favor, especifique en pulgadas las dimensiones que desea que tenga su velo, por ejemplo, largo 106'' Catedral.
- Largo: El largo máximo disponible es de 106" sin costo adicional. Este es el largo desde la cresta hasta la punta y se recomienda que un velo largo caiga al menos 10" más allá de la cola del vestido cuando se usa en el cabello.
- Ancho: El estándar disponible es 60".
- Segundo nivel/Blusher: El estándar disponible es 26".
Instrucciones sobre el cuidado del velo
- Saca el velo del embalaje y cuélgalo en un lugar seguro hasta que quieras usarlo.
- Vaporiza el velo con un vaporizador doméstico. Si no tienes vaporizador, cuélgalo en el baño mientras te duchas con agua caliente. Esto reducirá las arrugas.
- NO planche el velo a altas temperaturas (por debajo de 100°C), NO lave el velo.
- Debido a la naturaleza delicada del velo, es posible que se caigan algunos copos de brillo, esto es completamente normal, solo manipúlelo con cuidado.
- ¡Te sugerimos traer tu velo a tu prueba de cabello si tienes uno!
- Utilice horquillas si siente que el velo no está completamente seguro.
- Enviamos todos los pedidos en una lujosa bolsa no tejida, envuelta en papel de seda diseñado para mantener su producto seguro.
