What happens next?

When your order has been received, you'll receive a digital mock up of your design via email for your approval on the font(s) you have chosen on the order form. You can make 2 small amendments free of charge before an hourly rate will be invoiced for additional design work.

When you are happy with the embroidery design, a paper template of your embroidery will be photographed on the gloves for your final approval. It is as this point the gloves will be made and sent to your chosen delivery address.

Your gloves will be lovingly packaged into a branded keepsake box.

Lead time

The current lead time is 3-4 weeks from order date.

Returns and refunds

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of Liam Designs products, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their product on delivery and contact the designer within 3 days to report any damage, faults or incorrect designs.

Instructions on veil care

Steam the gloves using a household garment steamer. If you do not have a steamer, hang it up in your bathroom while you take a hot shower. This will reduce the amount of wrinkles.

DO NOT iron the gloves at high temperatures (below 100°C), DO NOT wash the gloves.

Due to the delicate nature of the gloves, some flakes of glitter may fall off, this is completely normal, please just handle with care.

We suggest bringing your veil with you to your hair trial if you have one!
